At Bay Area Garden Nerd, we’re committed to providing high-quality, locally-relevant gardening content and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing.
🌿 Digital Subscriptions
All digital subscriptions, including paid blog memberships, are non-refundable. Subscriptions are managed through Wix and renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Wix account settings. Once canceled, your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time.
📘 Digital Products (eBooks, Planners, Guides, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience an issue with accessing a file or download, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive what you paid for.
🛒 Physical Products (Future Items)
If and when we begin offering physical products—such as custom garden tools, printed planners, or kits—we will clearly list return and refund eligibility on each product page.
Generally, physical items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
